On May 27 and 28, 2023, the 62nd Friendship Festival was held at the Nakamozu Campus. With the COVID-19 restrictions finally lifted, the festival lineup was back to normal, just as it was 4 years ago.

This year's theme was "Palette."

Just as the name suggests, OMU students worked together with members of the community to create the colorful Friendship Festival, as if adding color to a palette.

Blessed with nice weather on both days, various events such as bake sales, classroom exhibits, stage performances, and live music performances took place, attracting approximately 8,000 visitors, including OMU students and local residents.

On the 28th, an after-party was held, making the Friendship Festival a big success right up to the end.
