Dean Kawada shared that OMU, now the third largest public university in Japan, aims to revitalize international relationships and he would like to promote two-way exchanges not only among Indonesian university students but also among doctoral students and medical doctors.
Professor Motomura mentioned that academic exchange agreements had been signed with two Indonesian universities - Gadjah Mada University and Universitas Airlangga. He explained that there was a track record of medical school student exchanges and expressed the intent to foster partnerships with universities where agreements had not yet been established.
Consul General Sutikno expressed her willingness to take positive steps towards achieving these goals.
