A delegation from the Netherlands on bicycle transport visited Sakai City on 10 May 2022. Our laboratory helped this visit. The delegation consisted of the Dutch Cycling Embassy(DCE), the Dutch Consul in Osaka, Professor Rob Van Der Bijl at Ghent University and the Director of the Active Mobility Programme in the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management. Afterwards, they exchanged opinions.
