【2023年春選考】科学技術イノベーション創出に向けた大学フェローシップ創設事業 フェローシップ学生を募集します。
※出願期間は、2023年1月20日（金）から1月31日（火） です。

＊NEW！ 大学フェローシップ事業で、2023年度に4年制研究科（医学研究科・獣医学研究科）に入学予定の方の応募が可能となりました。(1月18日更新) また、支援期間は最長4年間（D1～D4）となります。詳細については募集要項（1月18日更新）を確認してください。
＊2023年春選考では、2023年4月・10月入学予定者の募集および2022年度以前の入学者の欠員募集を行います。

*NEW！ Students enrolling in four-year doctoral course in 2023 (Medicine and Veterinary Science) are now able to apply for the Fellowship Programs. (Updated on January 18th) In addition, the period of support can be up to four years (D1-D4). For more information, see the application guidelines (updated 18 Jan).
*For 2023 selection(spring), we will be accepting applications for students who plan to enroll in April and October 2023, as well as vacancies for students who enrolled in 2022 or earlier.

*New applicable graduate schools and majors have been added for Materials field
*From April 2023, the fellowship will be paid and allocated as follows
2.3 million yen per year
(Of which, 2,000,000 yen for research dedication support fee and 300,000 yen for research funding)

前回募集時（2022年夏選考）の応募者競争率をご参考までに掲載しています。
2023年4月支援開始の新規募集枠に対する応募者/募集人員による競争率です。
欠員募集枠は含んでいません。
また、出願時に第二希望とした分野での合格者数も掲載しております。
第一希望で出願した分野で不合格でも、第二分野・第三希望として出願した分野に合格する場合があります。
応募要件を満たす分野があれば、第二希望や第三希望を出願フォームにて記入することをお勧めします。

＜選考日程＞
■出願期間： 2023年1月20日（金）～1月31日（火） 12 時 （申請フォーム入力期限）
2023年1月20日（金）～1月31日（火） 15 時 （小論文・写真提出期限）
■面接試験： 2023年2月14日（火）～3月2日（木）のいずれか 1 日
■合格発表： 2023年3月17日（金）
■選考方法： 小論文（100点）ならびに面接（100点）の採点結果に基づき評価します。
採点はルーブリック評価表の項目内容に沿って、実施されます。

事業予算が正式に確定した段階で、支援内容が変更される可能性があります。
※2) 本事業に出願する場合には、次世代研究者挑戦的研究プログラムに出願することはできません。
万が一、両事業に出願していることが明らかになった場合には、審査前に、いずれか一方の出願を取り下げていただきます。

[Applicant Competition Ratio at 2022 Summer Selection (FYI)]
Please find attached data for the Applicant Competition Ratio at 2022 Summer Selection which is the number of applied students devided by the number of students to be accepted. New recruitment for the students starting in April 2023 only. Vacancies recruitment is not included.
Even if you are not accepted in your first-choice program, you may have a chance to be accepted in your second or third choice program. If there are programs that you are eligible to apply for, you are encouraged to fill in second and third choice programs in the Application Forms.

■ Selection method: Evaluation will be based on the scoring results of the essay (100 points) and the interview (100 points). Scoring will be carried out according to the Rubric Evaluation Table.

*2) Support for Pioneering Research Initiated by the Next Generation/SPRING (Program for Developing Human Resource with Rhizome-based Research Approach/Rhizome Program)
Applicants applying for this program may not apply for the Support for Pioneering Research Initiated by the Next Generation(SPRING).
If you apply for both programs, you must withdraw one of your applications prior to selection process.
