【Vacancy Recruitment】University Fellowship Founding Project /Fellowship Student Application Guideline
科学技術イノベーション創出に向けた大学フェローシップ創設事業 フェローシップ学生の欠員募集を行います。
＊募集対象者は次の通りです。
3年制博士後期課程：2022年度入学者
4年制博士課程：2021年度入学者
＊出願期間は、2023年7月14日（金）から7月24日（月）12：00 です。
＊募集人員
「南部‧アインシュタインフェローシップ 」(量子分野) 2名
「マテリアルイノベーションを通した国際的博士人材育成」（マテリアル分野） 7名
「スマート社会を牽引する共創型X-Care 課題解決アーキテクト養成」（スマート社会分野） 1名

＊支援内容
年間230万円
うち研究専念支援金 200 万円、研究費 30 万円
＊10月支援開始の場合、当該年度の支給額は上記の半額です。

【Vacancy Recruitment】
University Fellowship Founding Project for Innovation Creation in Science and Technology cacancies for Fellowship student are available.
＊This selection will be open for vacancies for Three-Year Doctoral Course students who enrolled in April and October 2022, and for Four-Year Doctoral Course students who enrolled in April and October 2021.
＊The application period is from Friday, July 14 to 12：00pm, Monday, July 24, 2023.
＊Number of students to be accepted (capacity)
“Nambu-Einstein Fellowship Program” (Quantum Science) for 2 students
“Fellowship Program to Foster International Ph.D.-Holding Researchers through Materials Innovations”(Materials) for 7 students
“Fellowship Program to Foster Architects Who Lead a Super-Smart Society by Co-Creating Innovating Solutions to “X-Care” Social Issues” (Super-Smart Society) for 1 student

＊The fellowship will be paid and allocated as follows
2.3 million yen per year
(Of which, 2,000,000 yen for research dedication support fee and 300,000 yen for research funding)
＊In the case of Fellowship support starting in October, the amount to be paid for the relevant fiscal year is half of the above amount.

＜募集要項＞

第一希望で出願した分野で不合格でも、第二分野・第三希望として出願した分野に合格する場合があります。
応募要件を満たす分野があれば、第二希望や第三希望を出願フォームにて記入することをお勧めします。

＜選考日程＞
■出願期間： 2023年7月14日（金）～7月24日（月） 12 時 （申請フォーム入力期限）
2023年7月14日（金）～7月24日（月） 15 時 （小論文・写真提出期限）
■面接試験： 2023年7月31日(月)～8月18日（金）
9時～17時05分のうち指定する25分程度、オンライン形式にて行います。
■合格発表： 2023年9月15日（金）
■選考方法： 小論文（100点）ならびに面接（100点）の採点結果に基づき評価します。
採点はルーブリック評価表の項目内容に沿って、実施されます。

【Schedule】
■Application Period:
July 14 (Fri.) - July 24 (Mon.), 2023 12:00 (Deadline for application form entry)
July 14 (Fri.) - July 24 (Mon.), 2023 15:00 (Deadline for submission of essay and photograph)
■Interviews:
July 31, 2023 (Monday) - August 18, 2023 (Friday)
Interview will be conducted in an online format for 25 minutes as specified from 9:00 to 17:05.
■Announcement of successful applicants:
Friday, September 15, 2023
■Selection Method:
Applicants will be evaluated based on the results of their essay (100 points) and interview (100 points).
Scoring will be conducted in accordance with the items on the rubric evaluation chart.
