Call for Participants for the "MICE Seminar" (Sept. 17 - 19)
The "MICE Seminar" will be held from September 17, 2024 (Tuesday) to September 19, 2024 (Thursday) to learn about the operation of international conferences and other activities.
MICE (※1) is a generic term for international conferences, academic meetings, etc., which are expected to have a variety of effects in the host city, including high economic impact, creation of business opportunities and innovation, and enhancement of the city's brand and competitiveness.
In this seminar, "What is MICE?" Japan Convention Services, Inc.(※2) will give a systematic lecture based on their experience and conduct an international conference management workshop. In addition, we will get facilities that are closely related to the MICE business in Osaka as a "Global MICE City.
All interested students are encouraged to attend.
