A delegation from Dong-A University in South Korea visited the Graduate School of Human Life and Ecology
On January 16, 2025, a delegation led by Professor KIM SeokHo from the Department of Biomedical Engineering at the College of Health Science, Dong-A University, South Korea, along with eight undergraduate students, visited our Graduate School. Professor KIM SeokHo is a member of a joint research group with Associate Professor KIM DongHo in our Graduate School’s Laboratory of Molecular Biology. The purpose of this visit was to strengthen academic exchange with our university as part of the globalization project ‘Glocal Bio Innovation’.

*Glocal: Glocal is a portmanteau of the words "global" and "local" and refers to the promotion of globalization in partnership with local communities. Dong-A University has been selected as a Glocal University by the Korean Ministry of Education and aims to contribute to regional development through collaboration with local communities and industry.
