The research paper "Visible-light driven hydrogen production using chlorophyll derivatives conjugated a viologen moiety in the presence of platinum nanoparticles" by a group led by Professor Yutaka Amao (Director, Research Center for Artificial Photosynthesis) and Professor Hitoshi Tamiaki (Faculty of Life Sciences, Ritsumeikan University) was featured on the inside front cover of the journal Photochemical & Photobiological Sciences (Royal Society of Chemistry) in November 2019.
