A press release on the research results of Prof. Yutaka Amao's group has been issued
A group led by Professor Yutaka Amao succeeded in improving the activity of formic acid by about 126 times compared to using natural coenzymes by using an artificial coenzyme called diquat when making formic acid from carbon dioxide.
