Prof. Yutaka Amao (Director, ReCAP) and others visited our partner university in Taiwan.
On April 18th and 19th, 2024, Professor Yutaka Amao (Director, Research Center for Artificial Photosynthesis) visited National Central University and National Taiwan University, both of which are our partner institutions.
On the first day, at National Central University, he held discussions with Professor Hsieh-Lung Hsu (Vice President, International Affairs) and Professor Fa-Kuen Shieh (Assistant Vice President) regarding research collaboration and student exchange.
On the second day, a joint workshop was held at National Taiwan University, co-organized by The Center of Atomic Initiative for New Materials (AI-MAT) and our Artificial Photosynthesis Research Center. Associate Professor Masazumi Tamura and Professor Yutaka Amao delivered presentations. Furthermore, they visited the "Blue Energy Laboratory," a joint laboratory established in March 2024 within AI-MAT, to discuss the future direction of joint research.
