Students from Chiang Mai University and Payao University, along with Asst. Prof. Kuwamura (Osaka University) visited the Research Center for Artificial Photosynthesis

On Monday, February 5, 2018, a group of students from Chiang Mai University and Payao University, accompanied by Assistant Professor Kuwamura (Osaka University), visited our university's Research Center for Artificial Photosynthesis (ReCAP).
Osaka University welcomed 10 students from Chiang Mai University and Payao University under the Japan-Asia Youth Science Exchange Program "Sakura Science Plan" in fiscal year 2017. This time, a group of 11 people, including these students, visited our Research Center for Artificial Photosynthesis (ReCAP) to listen to presentations on our research and tour our facilities.

TThis program aims to foster closer collaboration between industry, academia, and government, enabling outstanding young people from the Asia-Pacific region to make short-term visits to Japan. Through this program, we aim to deepen scientific and technological exchanges between young people from the Asia-Pacific region and Japan, who will shape the future. Additionally, we hope to cultivate talented individuals who can contribute to the development of Japan's universities, research institutions, and enterprises, while also fostering greater interest in Japan's cutting-edge science and technology among young people in the Asia-Pacific region.
