Geospatial Data Acquisition and Analysis Using IoT Devices and UAV

講演内容

Geospatial data analysis and acquisition are being revolutionized by the combination of Internet of Things (IoT) devices and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV). IoT devices with a variety of sensors collect environmental data in real time, and UAV offers perspectives and detailed aerial photos. This combination enables for faster data collection over large and difficult-to-reach areas while improving data accuracy and minimizing human efforts. Effective resource management and improved decision-making are demonstrated by the practical applications of this integrated strategy, which include environmental monitoring, urban planning, disaster response, and precision agriculture. The main advantages are fast insights, cost-effectiveness, and enhanced data granularity. Regulatory concerns, sophisticated processing, and data integration are among the other difficulties covered. This talk will demonstrate the potential of IoT and UAV technology to revolutionize geospatial data processing and for providing innovative solutions to existing problems.
