Main Requirements
In order to recruit volunteers using V-station, it is necessary to register as a "V-partners".
The word of V-partners means "partners for volunteers (volunteer acceptance destinations)", and the desire to build good partnerships (cooperative relationships) with volunteers and promote activities together.
How to register as V-partners
・Please check "V-partners Registration Guide (*1)" and agree to "V-station Volunteer Information Handling Policy" before applying.
・To apply, please download "V-partners Registration Form (*2)", fill it out, and submit it along with reference materials such as pamphlets and flyers by one of the following methods.
① Attach it to an email and send it to "gr-gks-volunteer[at]omu.ac.jp (please change [at] to @)"
② Send to "Osaka Metropolitan University Volunteer and Civic Activity Center V-station, 1-1 Gakuenchō, Naka Ward, Sakai, Osaka, 599-8531"
③ Take it to the V-station window "B12 Student Hall 2nd floor"
If you became one of V-partners...
・Through V-station, you can recruit volunteers for students/faculties at Osaka Metropolitan University.
・You can participate in volunteer introduction events such as "Spring volunteer seminar" or "Summer volunteer seminar" held regularly at Osaka Metropolitan University, and "opinion exchange meetings" between V-partners. *Applicants only
About volunteer recruitment
・For general volunteer recruitment, please apply using "Volunteer Recruitment Application Form (*3)".
・When requesting university clubs to perform on stage, etc., please apply separately using "Volunteer Appearance Request Application Form (*4)".
