Human beings are composed of matter and live surrounded by matter. Since various substances circulate in the human body and the environment, the circulation of substances can be regarded as the flow of information. Since substances are composed of molecules, it is necessary to measure the molecules accurately to understand the information correctly. Molecules produce not only products but also electricity, light, and heat through chemical reactions. Therefore, it is important to develop methods to measure these electrical, optical and thermal signals to elucidate the reaction mechanism. Our research group is conducting the following research on the development of new materials and measurement methods for understanding and using molecular-based information.
