5/26-31にドイツ ベルリンにおいて、The 5th International Workshop on Gallium Oxide and Related Materials (IWGO-5) が開催されました。

本研究室からは、東脇、M2の佐藤君、M1 森原君が講演を行い、研究成果をアピールしました。また、世界各国からの参加者の講演を聴講することで、最新のGa₂O₃研究に関する情報を収集し、多くの参加者と交流し、親睦を深めました。
