Registration Fee

Please pay the registration fee to our bank account (or at registration desk of the site directly). Please ask our secretary more detail.

Standard members: 30,000 JPY

Standard nonmembers: 30,000 JPY

Post doctors or those in the similar positions and 35 years old or younger: 10,000 JPY

Students: 3,000 JPY

Banquet

Banquet will be held on Tuesday evening of November 21, 2023 at the Osaka Metropolitan Univ. Restaurant. Please pay the Banquet : 5,000 JPY (Student: 2,000 JPY) to our bank account (or at registration desk of the site directly).

How to Registrate (as a presenter)

[Step 1-1]
Please prepare an abstract and converte it to PDF file.
The file name should be "ISNM2023 Abstract_Your Name_Affiliation.pdf".

Please submit PDF abstract via e-mail to Kyoko Masui (gr-sci-isnm2023[at]omu.ac.jp).
The subject of the email is "【ISNM2023 Abstract】 Your Name and Affiliation".
Please attach your PDF abstract (file name: ISNM2023 Abstract_Your Name_Affiliation.pdf).
Please copy and paste the following items into the body of the email with your information.

Abstract Submission Deadline: October 2, 2023
October 9, 2023 Extended Deadline

The secretariat will send you an email for acceptance of your abstract and transfer of the registration fee.
For residents in Japan, please transfer the registration fee to our bank account.
If you are attending the banquet, please transfer the banquet fee as well.
Pe-registration Deadline: October 30, 2023

[Step 3]
Please receive your receipt at the reception desk on the day of the conference.
Receipts for Participation fee and Banquet fee will be issued separately.
